I have been a State Farm agent since 1997 here in Rogersville, TN. I originally started my career in Indiana with State Farm in 1987 working in claims and later moved to East Tennessee to accept a promotion as a Field Underwriter. I then assisted agents in East Tennessee with commercial businesses and more complex home insurance needs. After a few years I accepted the position as an agent here.

I graduated from Indiana University, but my blood turned from red to orange as all of my three children graduated from UT! Go Vols!

My wife, Robin, and I reside in Rogersville and really love living here and enjoy the people and the beautiful mountains that surround us.

I encourage you to give us a call as my staff and I strive to give great personal service and assistance for all your all insurance needs.

beautiful historic town of Rogersville. I have met so many great people that have made Rogersville and

My name is Christi Riley and Rogersville Tennessee is where I was born. I lived here as a child and then moved to Maryland where I lived for 27 years. Eventually life brought me back home to Tennessee though which is where I plan to stay. I’ve been working here at Joe Zook’s State Farm for 10 years now! I enjoy my job because we are helping people every single day! Whether it’s simply saving them money on insurance or helping them get through a stressful situation such as a car accident or a house fire, it means a lot to me to just be able to help folks. I also enjoy working with my co-workers because we are like family here and can get a long and work well together! Outside of work I spend a lot of time with my family and my animals at home. I also enjoy gardening and working in my flowers. I am an associate member at the Rogersville VFW Post 9543 where I donate a lot of time to help our Veterans. I also donate to and help support our local Humane Society. I have 2 dogs and 5 cats and feel it’s important to help animals in need as much as we can.
